Excellent product and service from the seller! 🤗

Seller was extremely accomodating in the schedule; as Saturday delivery was full in slots and I had very tight schedule, they scheduled delivery over-time to ensure that goods were delivered close to the time-frame I had requested for. Excellent service! The installer was a Chinese gentleman who was very gentle and careful and did not rush into the installation but took attention to install (opposed to many other installers I have seen who just want to do a rush job and go!) Already my 2nd purchase from Absolute Piano and am very pleased with the product and service. Product without doubt is gorgeous and sounds amazing!
