TMW Warranty Information

Please read and understand carefully and thoroughly regarding the T&C of our musical instruments warranty.

1. Some musical instruments from Casio, Yamaha, Roland, and Korg brands come with a 1-year official warranty (depending on each product) – chat with us to learn more.

2. The guitar’s warranty is only for the electronic parts such as the Pick Up or Preamp on electric guitar and acoustic-electric guitar.

3. No warranty for all Refurbished, Display Models and all types of Accessories.

4. If there’s a wrong/glitch price displayed on the website with solid evidence, we have the right to hold/not process the order.

5. Purchased products must be registered on the brand’s official or the local distributor warranty page (Except for CASIO products, please refer to POINT 9).

6. If there’s something wrong with the purchased item, the customer must reach out to the distributor first (Casio, Roland, Korg, or Yamaha), then the distributor will investigate and decide whether to replace or fix the item.

The warranty process flow would be: Customer reaches out to the Distributor then they will contact TMW to confirm the purchase, next the Distributor will reach out to the Customer to resolve the issue.

7. When applying for the online warranty, the Tax Invoice Receipt and The Instrument Boxes Must Be Kept Safe.
