TMW Warranty Information
Please read and understand carefully and thoroughly regarding the T&C of our musical instruments warranty.
1. All of our musical instruments from Casio, Yamaha, Roland, and Korg brands come with a 1 to 3 years official warranty (depending on each product).
2. Guitar’s warranty only for the electronic part such as Pick Up.
3. No warranty for all types of accessories.
4. Every purchased product must be registered on the brands’ official or the local’s distributor warranty page.
5. If there’s something wrong with the purchased item, the customer must reach out to the distributor first (Casio or Roland or Korg, or Yamaha), then the distributor will liaise with TMW to solve the issue. So the warranty process flow would be: Customer reach out to the Distributor then they will contact TMW to confirm the purchase, next the Distributor will reach out to the Customer to resolve the issue.
6. When applying for the online warranty, the Tax Invoice Receipt and The Instrument Boxes Must Be Kept Safely within 7 Working Days.

8. For Casio Product Warranty, please keep the invoice safely for 1 year, and if there’s any issue call or visit the Casio Service Center hotline within the 1 year
