TMW classical guitar lessons are focused on developing students’ classical music fundamental guitar techniques following the ABRSM curriculum.

TMW classical guitar courses are suitable for adults & kids (from 6 years old) with two categories: 1-to-1 (private) & group class (4 students in a class).

Classical Guitar Class Content
For every type of musical instrument lesson learning the fundamentals is always the key to successfully mastering it. Therefore, here are some of our classical guitar course content for kids and adults:
- Learn about the classical guitar parts
- Learn how to tune the strings
- Learn the proper body position to hold a classical guitar
- Learn the right-hand classical fingerstyle (picking & strumming techniques)
- Learn the left-hand chord coordination
- Learn chord progression, bass notes movement, and scales

Comfortable Guitar Classroom
At TMW Classical Guitar Lessons, we have prepared a spacious and comfortable classroom complete with a set of classical guitars from a reputable musical instrument manufacturer, Yamaha Music. Therefore, students can concentrate fully on the lesson because they will use a guitar on each.
When the students are ready to advance the level, we are suggesting to have their own classical guitar so that they can easily practice at home reviewing the class material. For your consideration, you can always check our CLASSICAL GUITAR RECOMMENDATION.

Neil John
Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, Ukulele, Drums
Teacher Neil is a versatile multi-instrumentalist with over 15 years of teaching experience and 25 years as a performing musician. He teaches acoustic and electric guitar, bass, ukulele, and drums, and has maintained a 100% student passing rate in Rockschool and Trinity Rock & Pop examinations.
He works with both children and adults in group and one-to-one settings, tailoring lessons to suit different goals and learning styles. As a band trainer and arranger, Neil also helps students gain ensemble experience, balancing fun and discipline to build both confidence and strong musical foundations.
