The piano lessons for kids at TMW Singapore are designed to spark your children’s interest in music and nurture their talent to become talented young pianists. Our piano classes curriculum is based on the ABRSM Syllabus and Encore Music Education.
TMW piano classes for kids in Singapore are available in groups or 1-to-1 lessons for children starting from 4 years old, tutored by certified piano teachers.
Each student will have a piano assessment and recital performance at a certain period of time during the courses.

Piano Classes for Kids Selection
Absolute Piano Starter (Group Lesson) – 4+ Years Old
Absolute Piano Starter is a piano lesson for a group of children starting from 4 years old and above (toddlers), following the established ABRSM syllabus on classical music. This introductory course relies heavily on one aim: to substantially improve your child’s knowledge of classical music to prepare them well for future examinations.
The piano group lessons for up to 6 kids will enable each child to polish their learning skills while building social skills (making friends) at the same time. Following the ABRSM Exam format, the group lesson will be conducted using an acoustic or digital piano.
ABRSM Syllabus Piano Class (Group / 1-to-1 Lesson) – 4+ Years Old
This lesson is focused on the ABRSM syllabus format with a private 1-to-1 lesson accompanied by an experienced piano teacher that follows the Practical Grade Piano exams on an acoustic piano.
Several piano technical skills; musical ear, scales, arpeggios; and sight-reading methods based on the ABRSM syllabus will be introduced and taught to the piano student and ensuring they will develop the skills for the ABRSM Exam preparation.
Pop Keyboard (Group / 1-to-1 Lesson) – 4+ Years Old
Our pop keyboard lesson is crafted to make learning the keyboard a joyous adventure. By combining the fundamentals of music theory, techniques, with popular tunes, ensuring that every lesson is both educational and fun.
The kids will explore the many features of the keyboard that will help them to be creative in playing the song and eventually crafting their own music in the future.
The focus activities in this course are learning the essentials of keyboard playing, including hand positioning, finger exercises, and other basic techniques also learning the foundation of music theory and learn to play a diverse range of popular songs.
