TMW Promotional Terms & Conditions

Please read and follow the T&C below for any promotional campaigns that are available at our store, online and offline.

Bundled Item Promotion – T&C

1. General

• This bundled item promotion (“PROMO”) is organised by The Music Works (TMW).
• By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion is valid only during the advertised period, while stocks last.
• TMW reserves the right to shorten, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to retail customers purchasing qualifying products as specified by TMW.
• Purchases must be made through TMW’s official channels (store/website/authorised platforms).

4. Bundled Items

• Bundled items (free gifts, accessories, vouchers, etc.) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable for cash or other products.
• Images of bundled items are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary in colour, design, or model depending on availability.
• In the event a bundled item is out of stock, TMW reserves the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
• Bundled Free Bench is void if the customer chooses another bench option, whether upgrading or adding a new one. Customers who wish to have an additional bench may contact TMW to purchase it as an add-on item.
• No warranty applies to bundled items provided free of charge.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Bundled items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to cases of minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging issues, or other non-functional concerns.
• If the main purchased product is returned or refunded (subject to TMW’s return policy), the bundled item(s) must also be returned in their original condition.
• Failure to return the bundled item(s) will result in the deduction of the bundled item’s retail value from the total refund amount.

6. Liability

• TMW shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of bundled items.
• TMW makes no warranties, express or implied, on bundled items provided free of charge.

7. Rights Reserved

• TMW reserves the right to amend, update, or vary these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• TMW’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.

Free Guitar Restring-Tuning Workshop T&C

Attend this workshop to observe a professional demonstration of guitar restringing and tuning, conducted by our esteemed guitar instructor.

• Date TBA once minimum Slots fulfilled
• Eligible for Acoustic, Classical, and Electric guitar purchases
• Limited Slots (first-come, first-served basis)
• Minimum of 5 participants registered
• Minimum 16 years old to participate (minors can be accompanied by their parents)
• Participants are welcome to bring their own guitars to practice restringing and tuning on-site
• The new/replacement string sets are not provided and must be brought or purchased separately
• The Restringing & Tuning Tools (String Winder, String Cutter, & Guitar Tuner) are not provided; you can bring your own
• Follow all safety instructions given by the instructor or workshop staff and accept full personal responsibility for your own safety during the workshop
