OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Assist in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed.
- Carry out organizational policies to reduce issues with receipt, handling and storage of products.
- Review key objectives to determine if operations are effective.
- Support the use of technology, electronic tools and devices.
- Work with sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers and buyers
Requirements:
- A level and at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Have strong assessment and analysis skills
- Possess a strong sense of financial analysis and strategy
- Exceptional problem-solvers, able to assess current shortfalls and devise creative and solutions to address these issues
- Effective team collaboration
- Possess strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation

Responsibilities:
- Attend and follow up on delivery inquiries.
- Solving delivery customer complaints and reporting discrepancies and problems.
- Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for delivery orders, and build up and maintain customers’ databases.
- Performs and assists in showroom/warehouse display, packing, labeling, and barcoding of products.
- Updating delivery platforms like Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, and Online.
- Ensure and follow up on customers’ positive feedback on social media platforms, for example, Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
- Maintain a fully stocked warehouse store, receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and clean, includes vacuuming and wiping dust off products.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist in planning/coordinating/organizing the delivery operation flow of Concerts, Recitals, Rehearsals, Demo Classes, Roadshows, Fairs, and Events.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned and following all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education.
- Friendly, helpful, polite, engaging personality with good customer service.
- Comfortable working with people from the public and interacting confidently.
- Strong independent skills, and ability to work in a team.

MUSIC TEACHERS
Responsibilities:
- Teaching general styles of music.
- Teaching classical piano, practical, and theory.
- Incorporating musical instruments and movement in lessons.
- Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
- Preparing students for school concerts and planned music experiences.
- Preparing students for practicals and exams.
- Inspiring and motivating students through worksheets and other related group activities.
- Building relationships and mentoring students.
- Able to teach one-to-one and in a group environment.
- Able to manage young children in class sizes of 5 to 8 children from ages of 2 years to 15 years old.
- To inform the company of any changes in assignments’ schedule 2 weeks in advance.
- Ensure the teaching environment is clean, tidy, and safe.
- Ensure all company materials and instruments are well kept and in good working condition, and inform of any malfunction, faulty, or damages of instruments/equipment.
- Prepare repertoire for concerts, demo classes, and orientation -responsible for the delivery.
- As for recitals and concerts, it is the teacher’s responsibility to prepare the students from the beginning of the year.
- Teachers are obliged to do a presentation on what has been taught in the class for the whole year during the parents’ sit-in recital.
- The teacher should rehearse each lesson as a recital (e.g. allow students to introduce themselves in the class)
Requirements:
- 5 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes/ABRSM Practical Piano Grade 5 and above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to teach in one-to-one and class setting
- Communication Skills (Both English and Chinese)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Computer literate
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and energetic people with strong interpersonal skills
