OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse
  • Open boxes, crates, and other containers
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines
  • Pick items according to the Order form
  • Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly
  • Pack items according to specified packing guidelines
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space, and workstations neat; sweep and vacuum
  • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Wear the proper safety equipment
  • Constantly work to improve processes
  • Make suggestions for productivity improvements
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members
  • Perform stock takes bi-annually on all products in the warehouse
  • Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to
  • Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensuring all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Friendly, helpful, polite, engaging personality with good customer service.
  • Comfortable working with people from the public and interacting confidently.
  • Strong independent skills, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and follow up on delivery inquiries.
  • Solving delivery customer complaints and reporting discrepancies and problems.
  • Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for delivery orders, and build up and maintain customers’ databases.
  • Performs and assists in showroom/warehouse display, packing, labeling, and barcoding of products.
  • Updating delivery platforms like Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, and Online.
  • Ensure and follow up on customers’ positive feedback on social media platforms, for example, Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
  • Maintain a fully stocked warehouse store, receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy and clean, includes vacuuming and wiping dust off products.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in planning/coordinating/organizing the delivery operation flow of Concerts, Recitals, Rehearsals, Demo Classes, Roadshows, Fairs, and Events.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned and following all company policies and procedures.

MUSIC SCHOOL

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner to provide information and create a good image of the school.
  • Greets all incoming students, families, and guests respectfully and professionally.
  • Assists in all aspects of maintaining a professional front office, including but not limited to, fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member in a timely, professional manner, filing and copying sensitive information.
  • Understands, accepts, and abides by the School’s philosophy and mission statement in all his/her school activities.
  • Consistently exhibits high standards of professional conduct.
  • Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by the Principal.
  • Arrives punctually, prepared for each school day, and maintains regular attendance.
  • Provides for children’s personal needs such as temperature taking and urgent toilet breaks.
  • Assists students and others with routine problems and will refer non-routine items to a supervisor.
  • Works with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with others, and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Receives, counts, opens, unpacks, dates, stamps, records, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, documents, books, materials, and supplies following established procedures.
  • Receives and refers visitors, takes telephone calls and messages, and provides routine information upon request.
  • Enters information or data to a personal computer or computer terminal following established procedures.
  • Learn basic introduction of company product features and recommend suitable products to walk-in customers.

Requirements:

  • Requires basic clerical skills and knowledge of office practices and procedures that involve the operation of standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, and associated equipment that can be learned on the job.
  • Able to read, comprehend and apply job-related written material and make decisions in accordance with applicable school system policies and procedures.
  • Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Able to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees, children, and the general public.
  • Able to honor confidential information.

MUSIC TEACHERS

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching general styles of music.
  • Teaching classical piano, practical, and theory.
  • Incorporating musical instruments and movement in lessons.
  • Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
  • Preparing students for school concerts and planned music experiences.
  • Preparing students for practicals and exams.
  • Inspiring and motivating students through worksheets and other related group activities.
  • Building relationships and mentoring students.
  • Able to teach one-to-one and in a group environment.
  • Able to manage young children in class sizes of 5 to 8 children from ages of 2 years to 15 years old.
  • To inform the company of any changes in assignments’ schedule 2 weeks in advance.
  • Ensure the teaching environment is clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Ensure all company materials and instruments are well kept and in good working condition, and inform of any malfunction, faulty, or damages of instruments/equipment.
  • Prepare repertoire for concerts, demo classes, and orientation -responsible for the delivery.
  • As for recitals and concerts, it is the teacher’s responsibility to prepare the students from the beginning of the year.
  • Teachers are obliged to do a presentation on what has been taught in the class for the whole year during the parents’ sit-in recital.
  • The teacher should rehearse each lesson as a recital (e.g. allow students to introduce themselves in the class)

Requirements:

  • 5 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes/ABRSM Practical Piano Grade 5 and above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to teach in one-to-one and class setting
  • Communication Skills (Both English and Chinese)
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Computer literate
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, and energetic people with strong interpersonal skills
