Ordered on Mon & inquired on Tue if item can arrive by Sun in time for my girl’s birthday. Only got a reply that they would try. By Sat afternoon, there was no sign of delivery. I called to ask what are the chances to arrive on Sun. Was told they don’t do weekend delivery…I was really disappointed. The lady over the phone said let her check the status see if something can be arranged and they will update on Mon.
No call was received but instead they gave a big surprise on the very Sat evening 😊 and delivered the item. We will so delighted. Big thank you to the team who went out of their way on a weekend; greatly appreciate the service 🙏
