The Donner DED-400 Electronic Drum Kit is Donner’s flagship electronic drum set, designed for advancing drummers who want realistic feel, expressive playability, and versatile performance. Powered by a premium DREAM sound chip, it delivers authentic acoustic drum tones with 400 built-in sounds, 25 preset drum kits, 50 practice songs, and a fully adjustable metronome, making it ideal for practice, recording, and live performance.

The DED-400 features tension-adjustable woven mesh drum heads on the snare, toms, and kick pad, providing a natural rebound that closely replicates an acoustic drum kit. Its 10-inch dual-zone snare supports head and rim triggering, while the three tom pads deliver accurate, responsive performance. The 12-inch dual-zone crash cymbal includes a choke function for realistic cymbal control, while the ride and hi-hat cymbals offer the same dual-zone triggering and choke capability. Durable silicone construction helps reduce vibration and playing noise.

For a more authentic bass drum experience, the mechanical hammer-action kick pedal recreates the feel of a traditional beater and supports double-kick pedal setups for faster, more dynamic playing.

Built on Donner’s strongest 4-post aluminium rack, the DED-400 remains stable during energetic performances while folding down for convenient transport and storage. Expansion inputs allow you to add an extra tom and crash cymbal, creating a larger 6-piece, 4-cymbal configuration as your setup grows.

Three built-in coaching modes, a recording function, and practice tools help improve timing and technique, while USB MIDI, 6.35 mm line output, and a 3.5 mm headphone output provide seamless integration with DAWs, live sound systems, and silent practice.
