Yamaha FG800 returns with the traditional dreadnought-style body which is very comfortable to play with and new scalloped bracing to boost the low-end tone and better sound delivery for live and recording sessions.
Yamaha is also putting more effort into selecting the best materials to craft this beautiful guitar by only using the finest tonewoods with nato wood (eastern mahogany) and Okoume for the Back and Sides of the body. The solid spruce top backed with the new scalloped bracing gives a boost to the dynamic chords, lively leads, and riffing sounds.

Although a beginner, I can feel the quality of the Yamaha FG800. The Music Works/Absolute Piano is currently the only retailer who has the FG800 in stock and all the colour variations except the brown sunburst. I took the last brown sunburst and I love it.
