The item was installed before deliver, therefore the delivery actually quite fast and smooth although I’m waiting quite some time after I place the order due to COVID and also the availability of the stock

Ordered this during 6-6 sale yesterday at 12 noon. The store staff called me up after a couple of hours to inform me that they will deliver the piano today between 12-3pm. Amazingly fast. I was so surprised. The delivery guy unboxed and set it up within 20 mins. Highly recommended!
