Alesis CompactKit 7 – All-in-One Portable Tabletop Kit

Alesis CompactKit 7 is an all-in-one portable tabletop and an upgraded version from the previous model – CompactKit 4 – that comes in a more complete set up including the hi-hat and kick pedals.

Nowadays, every musician, especially drummers, is looking for an instrument that has a complete feature, easy to carry around, and of course, at an affordable price. The team at Alesis understood the assignment and came up with this amazing all-in-one Portable Tabletop, CompactKit 7.

Starting with the pad itself, the CompactKit 7 has a full kit setup including a snare pad, a hi-hat pad with pedal, two tom pads, a floor pad, a crash cymbal pad, a ride cymbal pad, and a kick pedal. All of these pads are velocity-sensitive so they will give a natural sound feel depending on how hard you hit them.

The soundbank in Alesis CompactKit 7 is also impressive where you will get to play with 45 preset drum kits, using these preset kits you won’t need to hassle through setting up each pad sound and save more time during preparation. While if you prefer sound customization, Alesis CompactKit 7 has 265 percussion sounds that you can easily set on each pad.

Much like the previous model, Alesis CompactKit 7 also has a training feature for young drummers who just started. Up to 100 songs are included for you to play along with.

Another interesting feature is the Hand Percussion, this feature allows the player to use hands instead of drumsticks. A pretty handy feature if you are using a traditional sound like Djimbe, Cajon, Table, and more.
