Yamaha PSR-EW425 – Portable Arranger Keyboard with Pro Sound Quality

Yamaha PSR-EW425 arranger keyboard is the latest model of the EW series and the upgraded version of its predecessor “PSR-EW410”, which has been making a name as one of the pro-quality of 76-key portable arranger keyboards in the Singapore market. Firstly, the tone generator, much like the previous model, PSR-EW425 is also equipped with Yamaha’s signature AWM Stereo Sampling engine but with an upgrade in the quantity and quality of the sound. The PSR-EW425 is getting an expansion up to 820 realistic instrument voices, while the previous model only has 758 tones. Also, with the new Super Articulation Lite feature, you will be experiencing a lifelike instrument sound such as the scratch sound while playing the electric guitar or the harmonization made by the nylon-string guitar.

Secondly, the playability, with the 76 keys you will be having more notes to explore; very handy during a live performance; and the 4 level of touch responses (Soft, Medium, Hard, Fixed) makes it easier to customize the keys based on your preference. Furthermore, to support your expressive performance, the pitch wheel, Motion Effect feature, and Live Control Knobs are ready to be customized for real-time control over your sounds.

Thirdly, the arranger feature, PSR-EW425 is equipped with 290 preset styles plus 35 grooves which means you can play auto-accompaniment easily and mix the intro or outro with the grooves. Furthermore, the Quick Sampling feature plus Mic Input (1/4-inch) makes it easier to record an audio sound and mix it with the 4 types of built-in effects.

Fourthly, the portability, this 8.3kg machine can be easily operated using an AC Adaptor or 6x AA-type of batteries with approx. 5 hours of playing time. A pair of 12W onboard speakers ensure a high-definition audio delivery and you can play the keyboard anywhere anytime.

Another noteworthy feature is that the iconic YC stage keyboard organ sound is implemented exclusively in the PSR-EW425, allowing you to fully experience an authentic rotary type of organ sound.
