Seller followed up with a call that EW300 was no longer in production, a few days after order was placed. It is replaced by a newer model EW310. Seller offered me the new EW310 they have bought for their shop’s display unit with a bit of cash top up.
They were quick to arrange a next day delivery for the item after confirmation on my part.
Received a new set of EW310, with bench, stand and headphones – all in good condition.
Overall, good service and prompt delivery.
