Sometimes playing the piano type of sound on a 61-key keyboard is just not enough to explore the notation at full capacity. That’s why, Piagerro introduced its new family member that features a 76-key with Graded Soft Touch, Yamaha NP-35.
As you may have guessed, Yamaha NP-35 is the updated version of the previous Yamaha NP-32 model that comes with some upgraded features that will help a lot during your practice routine.
The sound department is definitely getting an upgrade with five additional instrument tones (previous model only 10), including the iconic grand piano sound of Yamaha CFIIS with beginner-friendly buttons. The twin 6 watts built-in speakers deliver powerful bass and resonant sound.
The main difference between Yamaha NP-35 and NP-15 is in the number of keys and the touch response type. Yamaha NP-35 highlights the convenience of note exploration with the 76 keys installed with Graded Soft Touch type of touch response. The Graded Soft Touch means the lower register will have more resistance than the higher register, much like on an acoustic piano, but with lighter type of keys (non-weighted).
For learning purposes, you can play around with the Record function, Metronome, Demo Songs, or link with the Smart Pianist app via a USB connection.
