They call it the “Chopin piano” because most of the features are inspired by the maestro’s career in classical music. Out of the 30 instrument sounds, you get to play with two unique sounds, the Chopin’s cherished 1843 Pleyel concert grand tone and the Italian piano sound featured in the 2021 International Chopin Piano Competition.
Korg’s signature RH3 (Real weighted hammer action 3) keyboard is also making a comeback in the Poetry. This type of keybed is deemed a perfect match to play Chopin-inspired sounds as it features a realistic performance with all the subtleties of an acoustic piano.
For a better playing environment, this classical piece is getting some additional modern features including Bluetooth, MIDI in/out, and built-in speakers. Bluetooth allows you to stream music from your smart device to the built-in speakers so you can rehearse the song in real-time.
