Korg Grandstage-73 is the more compact version of the Grandstage stage piano series, which features all of the awesomeness of and has a plus point in the portability division.
Much like its “older brother”, the Grandstage-73 is also equipped with 7 premium tone generators that produce premium piano and instrument sounds. Starting from the SGX-2 sound engine which is specifically designed to deliver world-class and precise six distinctive acoustic piano sounds: Japanese, German, Austrian, Italian, Berlin, and Upright. Then, we have the EP-1 sound engine for those of you who love premium electric piano sounds, this one will be your favorite set of tones from the classic Korg’s EP to the modern. Next, the CX-3 sound engine which is a “reincarnation” of the 1979 Korg’s classic tonewheel organ features amazing drawbars, rotary, and overdrive. In addition to all of the mentioned, you will also get to play with 500 premium tones of instrument sounds.
In the playing experience, obviously, the RH3 type of keyboard is the best on the stage piano category where you not only experience a fully weighted hammer action on each note: the same one that you feel when playing on an acoustic piano; but also an advanced controller functionality to fully support your performance during on stage and recording sessions.
In the design department, you are looking at the flagship design of the entire Korg’s stage piano series which portrays the premium design of an acoustic piano that was built using the finest Japanese Quality materials.
