As the 2nd generation of the TD-17KV series, Roland TD-17KV2 brings whole new improvements and technology in their kits – enhanced pads, an updated drum module, and fresh new preset kits.
A total of 10 kits are ready for you to play with they are a 12″ Mesh PDX-12 dual-trigger Snare, 3x Mesh PDX-8 8″ Toms, a KD-10 5″ kick pad, a 10″ CY-5 Hi-hat with FD-9 Pedal, a 12″ CY-12C-T Crash, a 14″ CY-14R-T Ride, and an improved TD-17 (Gen 2) sound module. These refined pads are the classics and cutting-edge new designs combination, easy to adjust and comfortable to play with even for beginners.
The 2nd gen of the TD-17 sound module brings a total of 70 premium-quality kits including 20 new preset kits. Kits customization is available for you to build your own setup, adding the 26 built-in samples and effects – snare tension, compression, EQ, reverb, and many more – will boost your customized kits’ performance. Roland Cloud also provides access to a large signature artist kits collection that you can download at any time.
The TD-17 (2nd Gen) is also back with seamless Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to stream music from your smartphone to the drum module or MIDI connection to your PC for recording purposes.
