What’s the difference between XE20 and XE20SP? At a glance, we can easily notice that the XE20 is a portable type while the XE20SP is a home-based type where the dedicated wooden stand and three-unit pedal are included to make it a perfect digital ensemble piano in looks and features.
Korg’s iconic Stereo PCM tone generator is also installed in the XE20SP where it produces over 700 premium instrument sounds including the concert grand piano sounds from Germany and Italy. While playing on the concert grand piano mode, a player will be able to fully experience a maximum polyphony of 120 voices ensuring all notes can be heard.
Playing a concert grand piano tone should be supported by an authentic keynote performance, that’s why the team at Korg installed an 88-key natural-touch hammer action keyboard on XE20SP to make your piano playing experience as real as it can be.
The arranger function is another noteworthy feature in the XE20SP. Equipped with over 280 accompaniment styles from any genre in the world and a 12-track sequencer where you can jump right in to record your music. What’s more, is that you won’t need any additional amps to make your music be heard in an instant because XE20SP is equipped with a pair of 4.9″ powered-speaker.
