The Alesis Vortex Wireless 2 is a lightweight wireless keytar MIDI controller designed for musicians who want the freedom to move across the stage while delivering dynamic performances. Featuring 37 velocity-sensitive synth-action keys, the Vortex Wireless 2 provides a responsive playing experience that’s ideal for leads, solos, and synth performances. Its ergonomic keytar design allows you to perform comfortably while staying fully engaged with your audience.
Performance controls are always within reach, including 8 RGB backlit trigger pads for launching samples or clips, assignable faders, a touch strip, and a MIDI-assignable accelerometer built into the neck for expressive modulation and effects using natural hand movements. These controls give you complete command of your performance without returning to your computer.
The Vortex Wireless 2 supports both USB wireless MIDI and traditional USB wired connections, allowing seamless integration with your laptop, DAW, or compatible MIDI hardware. It also includes a premium software bundle featuring virtual instruments from AIR Music Tech, including Hybrid 3, Loom 2, Vacuum Pro, Xpand!2, and TimewARP 2600, providing thousands of professional sounds straight out of the box.
