Donner DST-700 – Versatile HH/HSS Power & Modern Playability

If you’re a guitarist who craves versatility, power, and modern playability, the Donner DST-700 is built to elevate every performance. Designed as a contemporary upgrade to the classic double-cutaway style, this electric guitar delivers impressive tonal range—offering everything from smooth, glassy cleans and articulate single-coil sparkle to thick humbucker-driven crunch and high-impact lead tones. Whether you’re exploring blues, pop, funk, hard rock, or metal, the DST-700 adapts seamlessly to your playing style.

Crafted with attention to detail, the DST-700 features a basswood or mahogany body, depending on the chosen finish. Each wood option provides its own distinct resonance: basswood for balanced clarity and mahogany for richer warmth and sustain. Paired with a bolt-on roasted maple or mahogany neck, the guitar maintains exceptional stability, tonal consistency, and a comfortable feel across the entire fretboard. Its ergonomic body contours and satin or gloss finish ensure fatigue-free playability during long rehearsals, studio sessions, or live performances.

One of the standout features of the DST-700 is its flexible pickup configuration. Players can choose between HH or HSS Alnico-V pickups, giving access to a wide sonic palette. The bridge humbucker features a push/pull coil-split, unlocking authentic single-coil tones without switching guitars. From bright funk rhythms to thick rock power chords, this setup ensures maximum versatility for musicians who need one guitar to cover many genres.

The performance-focused design continues with a 22-fret fingerboard, medium-jumbo frets, and a smooth neck radius that supports both expressive bends and fast melodic runs. A 2-point floating tremolo system with stainless-steel saddles allows for controlled vibrato techniques, while locking tuners provide superior tuning stability and quick string changes—ideal for players who rely on precision in every session.

With its premium build, tonal flexibility, and modern hardware, the Donner DST-700 stands out as a reliable all-rounder for intermediate and advanced players. Available in stunning finishes such as Black, Green, Blue, Gold, and Natural, it’s a guitar that looks as impressive as it sounds—ready to inspire creativity onstage, at home, or in the studio.
