Akai MIDIMIX - Designed for Passionate Producers & Live Performers

Meet the Akai MIDImix Control Surface — a compact MIDI mixer built for producers, performers, and creators who want real hands-on control of their DAW. Designed to streamline your workflow, MIDImix replaces endless mouse clicks with tactile, intuitive mixing, helping you stay focused on the music instead of the screen.

At the heart of MIDImix are 8-channel faders and a dedicated master fader, giving you smooth, precise control over track levels and mix balance. Each channel also features three assignable knobs, providing 24 total rotary controls for EQ, effects, panning, and plugin manipulation in real-time. Every twist and slide keeps you connected to your sound.

For fast session management, 16 dedicated buttons provide instant access to mute, solo, and record-arm functions. Whether you’re tracking, arranging, or performing live, essential controls are always within reach. The Send All button takes efficiency even further by syncing hardware positions with your DAW in one press, eliminating control mismatches and saving valuable time.

MIDImix is pre-mapped for Ableton Live, allowing plug-and-play integration right out of the box, while remaining fully compatible with most major DAWs. With the MIDImix Editor, you can customise every fader, knob, and button to match your personal workflow.

Lightweight, USB-powered, and highly portable, the Akai MIDImix is ideal for bedroom studios, mobile setups, and live performance rigs.
