The Yamaha P series has been widely known as one of the popular and top-selling digital pianos in the Singapore market, especially among beginners. Now, they introduced a much more affordable one with upgrades, please welcome the Yamaha P-143BT Digital Piano.
Yamaha P-143BT is essentially the upgraded version of the much-loved P-143. Now, it comes with built-in Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to stream your favourite song from your smartphone to the piano speaker to jam along.
Yamaha fully-weighted keys are one of the features that make them popular among beginners, especially the GHS (Graded Hammer Standard) action. Yamaha P-143BT adapted this and upgraded its keyboard with the new GHC (Graded Hammer Compact) mechanism. The GHC reproduces the GHS key weight features, where you can feel the key weight differences between the lower register and higher register gradually, but shortens the key length for a more compact instrument chassis.
Yamaha P-143BT is backed by the acclaimed Yamaha CFIIIS Grand Piano sound. When playing it, you can hear the acoustic piano sound characteristic – a bright, transparent tone with a spacious treble and an overall solid sonic feel. The rich resonance sound of the previous P series is also available when you press the damper pedal. A total of 10 essential sounds are available for you to play with.
Pair the P-143BT with the dedicated “Smart Pianist” app on your smart device via the USB connection to start the learning session, read music sheets, adjust the piano sounds, and more.
The portability perspective is always the main focus of the P series; that’s why the P-143BT also features compact and lightweight traits. With only about 11 kg and 133 cm wide, you can place it or bring it wherever you want easily.
