The standard acoustic guitar body in the market – dreadnought type – is considered not too convenient for beginners mainly due to its jumbo size. Therefore, Yamaha tried to improve this area by launching a special model in the FS series which is known for its Concert Body type. The newest family member of the FS series is the Yamaha FS400C with the Venetian cutaway.
In general, the Yamaha FS400C is another variant of the recently launched Yamaha FS400 with a similar Concert Body type but adding an additional Venetian Cutaway giving easy access for beginners to reach the higher frets.
Spruce tonewood is also the main material for the Top body of FS400C providing bright and well-balanced tones that are suitable for playing most songs.
Yamaha FS400C also comes with two different color options – Smoky Black and Natural Satin – with Matt finishes allowing simple and modern looks on the guitar.
