Vox VT20X is an electric guitar modeling amp in a compact combo amp design where you will get to play with many high-quality amp models and effects of Vox’s signature.
Vox VT20X introduces the VET – Virtual Elements Technology – to analyze and reproduce the detailed sound characteristic of the amp model. Valvetronix preamp is also supporting the creation of the unique distortion, response, and tone characteristics of a classic multi-stage tube amplification circuit.
Every strum that you make will be processed by a high-performance DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and then transformed into the sampling rate that will be molded to one of the eleven realistic amp models that you’ve chosen plus an additional 13 onboard effects for more rich sound quality. Not to mention the unique analog circuit implemented in the VT20X will give significant tonal differences between Class A and AB.
Guitarist loves to do sound customization, Vox understands this and added the Tone Room editor/librarian software for easy tweaking on your PC/Laptop or even Smartphones (via USB) and then delivers the produced tone to the amp. Guess what by using Tone Room editor you will gain access to an additional 9 realistic amp models (20 in total) and 27 preset programs (60 in total) which, of course, can be easily tweaked.
