I went down to the music works at tai seng and I met up with the sales person his name is Charles and I also had a product enquiry with Felicia both of them are knowledgeable in their products and provided very good customer service for my purchase and i would like to comment the warehouse guys who did a good job in preapring my product beforehand and made it easier for me to self collect I would recommended strongly to buy their products very 👍😊

I make the purchase online and As item is out of stock, Charles called me immediately the next day and informed me. Was given an alrernative when i cannot wait for the stocks to arrive. Like another reviewer here, I bought the Korg G1 during the 11.11 sale last year, but unfortunately for us we weren’t lucky in getting ours like the other reviewer. Waited for incoming stock till late May this year before we gave up waiting. Purchased a Casio GP310 after visiting their Howard Road showroom. Khai Heng was particularly helpful and welcoming. Found chipped end at one side of the piano due to manufacturing flaw, and communicated with Charles who liaised with Casio for the exchange. Khai Heng and Jiang Tao were swift in their work and pleasant throughout the exchange process at my place. Excellent service from their staff.

It was a really pleasant shopping experience, the staffs are super nice and patient. I went to the showroom in Tai Seng first and Khai Heng was really professional , I bought the Casio CT-S1 in the end .After that I went to the warehouse to collect my keyboard, Felicia is really nice ! She was so patient and also gave me tips for how to start for keyboard as a beginner, she also helped me carry my keyboard to the carpark. The services are really amazing!
